Do I get to choose each pair of sunglasses I receive?

Due to high demand and exclusivity, we are unable to fulfill everyone's specific request's, so we follow a mystery model. Each month, we send out a variety of different watches, guaranteeing that you’ll receive a new style different from the previous month. Assured, every watch meets our $100+ MSRP standard.

When will I receive my pair of sunglasses?

Welcome to Swaggy Shades! When you sign up, your first pair of sunglasses will ship within 3 business days. After that, you’ll be placed on a monthly billing cycle, with a shipment confirmation sent on the 7th of each month.

How It Works:
- On the 7th of each month, monthly subscribers will be charged $40 + S/H.
- Prepaid 3-month and 6-month membership watches are also processed on this date.
- Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after processing.
- U.S. shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days.
- International shipping can take 10-21 business days, depending on customs.

Do I get to keep all the sunglasses I receive?

Absolutely! You paid for them, and they’re yours, no strings attached. With the single sunglass plan, you’ll receive a new pair of sunglasses each month to keep. The same applies to the 3-month and 6-month plans. Each pair of sunglasses becomes a part of your growing collection!

What type of sunglasses will you send me?

Every month, we’ll send you a fresh pair of high-quality, stylish shades with an MSRP of $100 or more! The value of each pair will far exceed the $40 monthly cost—that’s our promise to you. At SwaggyShades, we believe luxury eyewear shouldn’t break the bank. Our mission is to keep you looking bold and confident with premium sunglasses at a fair price, so you can stunt in style without breaking your wallet.

Do I get to select my sunglass preferences?

Not yet! Customizing preferences is a top priority for us, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s ready. Meanwhile, we’ll continue delivering incredible watches to you every month!

✈️ Shipping Questions

How long does it take for my product to arrive?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-7 business days, while international orders may take 10-20 business days for delivery.

Do you ship worldwide?

We provide international shipping.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any concerns or questions about your shipment, feel free to contact our customer support team, and we'll be happy to assist you in resolving any issues.

I think my package was stolen. What do I do now?

We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Your carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We understand that circumstances may change. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details, and we'll do our best to accommodate any modifications or cancellations before your order is shipped. However, once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

What should I do if I receive a damaged?

We strive to ensure every order is delivered accurately and in perfect condition. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We usually do not offer refunds because we personally package each and every order, in Napa, CA. If your order is clearly damaged, contact us, and we'll guide you through the return or exchange process and ensure that you receive your pair for the month. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

What if I don't like the sunglasses you send me?

We pride ourselves on our ability to bring you the finest shades at unbeatable prices, but we understand that everyone has different tastes.

Due to high demand, as well as the exclusivity of our shades, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time.
